Travel Agents also have an inside contact with the cruise line/vendor so we can reach the correct person quickly for issues that arise!

I also monitor your pricing for you ~ if the pricing reduces, we contact you and ask if you’d prefer a reduction in price or upgrade – the vendor does not.

I spend as long as it takes on the phone (and many hours if need be) to rectify any questions, issues, pricing updates, etc. so you don’t have to – all at no additional charge.

Our company offers group space amenities on all ships and can have lower pricing as well as added amenities such as onboard credits and free specialty dining as well as any other perks the cruise line offers.

I am available 7 days a week – no specific hours so if you need to reach me, I’m always available whether it’s easier to text or call ~ quick response time!
